Create and inspect the report ZIP in VeriFile first. The service stores the ZIP privately and records only the details needed to track the problem.

Maximum 20 MB. Review the ZIP before submitting it.

Source media is never uploaded. Reports are limited to five submissions per device in 24 hours.
